Layer Isolate and Gradient Hatches

Has anybody else found that when you use the layer isolate tool that gradient hatches do not fade.

 

They still lock and are not editable, but they just dont fade.

 

Is this a common thing or is it just me? If so, is there a fix.

What is the Fade value? Try to change it to smaller value.

 

Command: layiso

Current setting: Lock layers, Fade=78

Select objects on the layer(s) to be isolated or [settings]: s

Enter setting for layers not isolated [Off/Lock and fade] :

Enter fade value (0-90) : 50

[P_c]

Fade level does not make any difference.

I have also checked with other people at work and the same thing happens to them.
