nukecad Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 Can you explain a bit more what you are meaning by 'Hatch Trim'? Are you trying to trim a set of hatch lines to a new boundry or is it something else? Associative hatches will change as you change (eg. stretch) the end points. I have not seen anything that will trim existing hatch to a new boundry without first exploding it which is a horrible idea. It is usually easier to delete the old hatch and re-hatch the area you want. Quote

Newer versions of Autocad allow you to trim hatches, so vanacharlasekhar must be looking for a custom routine that will do the same in older versions. I have never come across such a routine, but admittedly, I've never actually looked for one. I have moved this request to the lisp and customization section. Quote
