Tranfer Custom Toolbars

I am trying to move some custom toolbars from Map5 to 2010. I was not sure the proper way to do this. In the past I was able to just copy everything in my "Support" folder over to a new machine but they were using the same version. I don't want to mess anything up. Any suggestions or tips?
