aerial is not plotting as layout

I have a layout with two vp. Each vp have an aerial at different location on the map. when I try to preview and print, the aerial ether move or one the same as the other. If I have only one vp on a layout, everything is fine. I try this on other computer and it happen the same.

Yes. When i plot preview only the aerial move or one image in one vp the same as the other.
