annoying crosses

few months ago i had install an application too write "persian" in my AutoCAD.

after that some annoying crosses appear in my screen, even when i unistalled this application frome my CAD.

for example when i dram somethings or select some objects, this crosses appear.when i zoom in or zoom out or pan the screen crosses disappear.

this is screenshot of my cad befor and after problem.

please help me.i lose my concentration when crosses fill my screen.

Change your BLIPMODE.

 

I couldn't recall the variable/command name, fortunately the similar topics at bottom of page had the answer.
