dynamic block help

Hey everybody,

 

I´ve been trying to get a way to rotate the text in a section callout but i can´t seem to configure the rotation point centered with the text.

 

I´m using cad09 LT

 

Can anybody help?

sorry i dont follow do you want to rotate the text separate to the lines??

 

i have this section line with a rotation grip if thats what you looking for

It's best to put your rotation point in the center (insert point) of your text.

You will also have to include the rotations in the flip action and create a stretch action instead of just distance which includes the rotations.

I´ll have to try the insert point tommy 78.

I was looking only to rotate the text AJ Smith

did you mean base point, cause it still isn´t working....

I was a bit bored, so i made it for you (see attach)

 

The trick is to put the rotation center at the insert point of the text (align=middle center!) and then you have to include your rotation actions and grips in the flip and stretch selection sets, if you don't do this the rotation doesn't work correct.

Check it in the block editor to see how it was made.
