However, from my experience, I need to use REGEN every time I wanted the fields to be updated. By using the Block Properties Table, the text will automatically update w/o the use of REGEN. The table requires a little more initial setup within the block, but would eliminate using REGEN. Either way works depending on how the user wants the block to function.
