Come to find out it was a driver issue. We recently got a new plotter. Apparently the old plotters drivers were interfering with the new plotters drivers. So I removed the plotter from "Printer and faxes" and then went into services and deleted it permanatly from the computer. Now my coworker is able to print normally.

A big thanks to both ReMark and Cad64 for trying to trouble shoot the problem with me. I will be using this forum again. Thanks a bunch!

Wow! This thread has ended? Yeah!:D

Happy to hear you not only solved it on your own but that you also shared the secret to your success with us. From now on you get to answer all plot related questions while Cad64 and I head down to the bar for a couple of brewskis.
