Can't Grip The Other Opening Of An Elbow

Start a new sketch on the XZ plane and sketch the two circles as shown.

Make sure they are fully constrained to the origin and dimensioned.

 

Sweep the ring between the two circles with the arc in Sketch1 as your path.

 

No extra workplanes. One feature. Two easy to edit sketches for changing to different sizes or angles. Try this part in your assembly.

I don't know what I was thinking when I first attempted to create the elbow. Your way makes a lot of sense, and as a side note, I was able to learn a lot more about using constraints.

The part could be simplified more using only one sketch and one Revolve feature.
