Here's how I would do it:

1. Use PEDIT to Join the segments of your profile outline and create a Closed Polyline

2. Use the REVOLVE command to create a Solid instead of a Surface

3. Create another Polyline outline of a Shape that will be used to cut out the windows

4. REVOLVE it around the same axis of rotation, with an angle of revolution of about 15

5. ARRAY the window object 180 degrees around the same axis of rotation, to get the correct number of shapes

6. MOVE the shapes into position

7. SUBTRACT the shapes from the object

Hope that helps. Post back if you need more assistance.

Hello Thank you very mutch for you help I realy need more assistance since Autocad is not really my world :)

Step 1 and 2 was clear but i have a problem making the second polyline in the same angle and from this point forwar all went wrong

Step 7: Use the SUBTRACT command to cut the windows out of the Main Object.

Command: SUBTRACT

Select solids and regions to subtract from .. (Select the Main Object)

Select solids and regions to subtract .. (Select the 10 Window Objects, then hit Enter)

Once you hit Enter, the Window Objects will be removed from the Main Object and you will be left with one Solid Piece.

You need to Rotate your UCS. The Array will be performed in the XY Plane. The objects will be copied and rotated around the Z Axis.

Hello

Thanks for you help but i will need alot of time before it will be like i want it

because it is not easy for me to make it 3d but i will try it until i am dead

since this parts are very important i wanted to ask you if you could finish them for me

if you whish any payment only tell me how mutch!

maybe you can send me one of your finished files so i can see it first hand

Well, I can't really charge you for something that only took 5 minutes to do. It took longer for me to put together the tutorial than it did to make the part.

I don't know why you are having trouble though. If you follow my instructions, step by step, you should be able to create the finished part yourself.

I have attached the file that I used to create the tutorial. I did the part on the right. You should try to create the part on the left.
