Anorexis Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 Hi, I´ve been working with inventor lately, but there's one thing that I cant figure it out. It is a very simple problem but whatever. How can i draw a nut? I usually extrude a poligon, cut a cylinder in its center and apply the thread. What i dont know what to do are those rounded edges. In AutoCAD is something about intersection of a extruded object with 45 angle. Thanks a lot. Quote
JD Mather Posted April 8, 2010 Posted April 8, 2010 In AutoCAD is something about intersection of a extruded object with 45 angle. Same as in AutoCAD. Open the attached file. Find the red End of Part marker in the browser. Drag the End of Part marker down step-by-step. Of course you don't need to create fasteners as they are already in the Content Center library.
