Select the bottom edge of the roof and click on define slope from the option bar. 4. Double click on the slope symbol and add the slope. 5. gmcc Posted April 17, 2010 Author Share Posted April 17, 2010 Thank you so much that is excellent. i was also wondering how to set up a steel structure, its hard to explain but i have a large overhang from a building that needs to be supported by some heavy steel work and i tried using the beam tab and also the brace tab but the beams do not seem to join (they are at angles to one another) and i was wondering could i use something else? its hard to explain in words you probably have no idea what im talking about.. thanks again G.
