There are too many to list individually but here are a few:

Union, Subtract, and Intersect.

Extrude, Sweep and Loft.

Interfere, Slice, and Thicken.

Extract Edge, Imprint, Color Edges and Copy Edges.

Extrude, Taper, Copy, Move, Offset, Delete, Rotate and Color Faces.

Separate, Clean, Shell and Check.

Box, Cylinder, Cone, Sphere, Pyramid, Wedge and Torus (also know as Primitives).

Polysolid, Planar Surface and Press/Pull.

These represent just the tip of the iceberg. I recommend you either consult your User's Guide or buy a good after-market 3D AutoCAD book.

It's not really mentioned here but I'd also add that you need a good and thorough understanding of the UCS and how to orient it to your needs. I was not too good at 3D until I got the principals of the UCS down in my head.
