gud day to all, i hav a question regarding computation of volume from topographic survey, is there a lisp for that?

The simple answer is yes there will be one out there. A couple of the free surface modelling programs probably started in lisp. Search web and forum here

 

Otherwise Civil 3D or another civil package is the way to go.
