The Nickster
Hi all, I just switched to Revit MEP 2010 and I am still trying to get used to this program vs. AutoCAD MEP 2009. I've got an architectural plan that i have started laying out 2'x4' lighting fixtures on... I got the ceiling grid to turn on so I can place the lights, but as usual there is a problem: the steel plan is showing under the ceiling grid, so how do i turn off the steel so i can just see the walls and ceiling grid? Methuselah
Are you linking in the Arch model? Are there separate models for the Arch and Struc?

Actually no I just opened the architectural model off of my desktop. I would like to learn how to link though so i am not modifying the original file. Any suggestions? Like I said I am just getting started with Revit....
