getting a warning sign when i try to dimension!!

:? i get the following message when i try to dimension one of my drawings:

 

"the drawing you have selected does not contain any standards, the drawing cannot be migrated"

 

any experts out there have a clue what this means? :)

Type STANDARDS at the command line, pick settings, explore....
