For exterior scene, you can change illumination Render tab/Sun & Location/ Click on little arrow beyond Sky Off and select Sky Background and Illumination But attention ! You increase the render time. Have a nice day Pascal Sir, how do you retain that effect but change the background to a another image file? I tried your solution since I was having this problem.
