Spot Grades From Surface

I have a surface and I am adding spot grades to it. It looks a little sloppy so I am going with a chopped elevation, (74.50 instead of 4274.50), but I can not find a setting that give you an option to just use the last 2 ...???

 

Does anyone know what is the quickest way to chop a bunch of spot elevations buy just changing the style or something?
