print border window

We have just got a new plotter, a hp designjet 510. We already have a hp designjet 480. both of these plotters are networked to 3 computers using Autocad.

 

My problem is we plot on layout using a plot area window and selecting the drawings title border. When I plot to the 480 I have a full border but when I plot to the 510 it seems to cut the border in half. None of the other computers are having this problem. They are both printing a full border to both plotters.

 

Any advise would be great.

It doesn't look correct in the print preview.

 

I tried changing the border thickness, but it made no difference to the finished product.

 

I have had to offset a defpoint line around it and pick that instead of picking the line. But thats been a bit of a pain.

 

It would probably be alright if we were having the same problem on all computers however only happening on 1. is a bit strange.
