salman Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 Hi I have a drawing which contains an image in blue color. I have drawn some reference lines above that image, these lines print in black which is not very clear with blue color. I want to print the lines in white color, How can I do this please guide. Thanks. Quote
designerstuart Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 do you mean a blue background? i don't know how to print white, but if you choose another very light colour (like lightest grey) it will work fine. Quote
MSasu Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 Create a new CTB file (Plot Styles Manager --> Add-A-Plot Style Wizard) and there you can select the color that will be used to print each of AutoCAD's colors. Regards, Quote
Dana W Posted July 2, 2010 Posted July 2, 2010 There are two "white" colors in autoCAD. Index color '7' is the 'white' that always plots black, but reverses in modelspace depending on the darkness of your workspace background. Index color '255' is an extemely light shade of gray, and pretty much the 'whitest' you can get without using outline fonts with no fill at all. Quote
