Find/Replace not recognizing diameter symbol

I have a few drawings I need to change the pipe sizes on to not include a diameter symbol. When I copy and paste the test( for example "Ø100") into the find/replace window it shows up as a square.

Try replacing the 'square' with %%c

Using %%c works fine for us.........
