Hi, I'm not sure whether I posted in the right forum or not, however I am a beginner to CAD in my opinion. I have taken 2 classes so far, and we have been working with 2D drawings, primarily I have focused on a Mechanical emphasis.

I have a final project to do, for which I will be allowed 3 hours. However I am supposed to have a drawing at hand with dimensions, usually presented in isometric view with dimensions and then I'm supposed to convert to (not sure of word) 3 views in 2D.

I have been unable to find any such drawings online, and would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction of finding a mechanical drawing with dimensions, or perhaps lend me one of their own.

Thanks,

-Victor

There is a bracket drawing someone is working on in the 3D Modelling and Rendering forum. The person who started the thread posted a fairly good image of the bracket (isometric). Why not draw it up?

This is what I'm referring to.

Scroll down to post #5 for the image. Draw all the normal views (top, front, side) and add an isometric and you'll be good to go.
