How to extract and link title sheet block attributes to spreadsheets

Hello Guru's!

 

I use Sheet set Manager to extract attributes link to sheet set into autocad table and *.csv but our office has a standard format in excel for the deliverables.

With so many departments...not everyone uses the sheet set.

 

i'm looking for a routine to extract and link title sheet block attributes to spreadsheets. I know this is practiced by other companies with good understanding in office automation. Can someone please help me.
