Batch Plotting Changing Printer names

I have over 100 .dwgs, which I normally batch plot/publish. We have recently had a new printer which has a new name. Does anyone know if there is a way to change the printer name globally rather than going into each dwg and changing it in the page set up. I'm sure you must be able to do this. Many thanks.
