Crisis!! Att will not move by any dynamic command in the pallete!!

I have been stuck for the past 30 minutes trying to make my ATT move in my dynamic block. I have rebooted the computer and exploded and redefined this block more times than I can count and cannot find the problem. I've written a great number of Dynamic blocks but cannot find the error on this. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Still didn't find the source, but the error fortunately remedied itself (after persistent recreation):reallymad:

the only thing I can think of is that the attribute's LOCKED properties got set to NO. Attributes must be locked if you want to move them.

 

Bear in mind that I am using 2008 so this may have changed.
