Make toolbar icon to toggle wipe out frames?

I'd like to make a toolbar icon to toggle wipe out frames. I Have recently made a few toolbar icons to call up tools. However, I don't know how to make one that calls up a tool with an option already selected. e.g Wipeout>frames>off and wipeouton.

you can try the Express Tools' Tframes command to toggle... it affects wipeouts and images
