gblaylock
Lost my mother board and need a new computer. Will my AutoCAD 2005 work with Windows 7? Does it matter if it is 32 bit or 64 bit operating systems?
ReMark
I have AutoCAD 2004 32-bit loaded on my Win7 Ultimate 64-bit computer and it works fine. However, Express Tools didn't load for some reason. Since I was only testing to see if I could load a 32-bit program on my computer it's not much of a concern for me but it might be for you. Think, plan, and buy for the future meaning Win7 64-bit would be the best/smartest way to go. I'd recommend the Professional version but I know of a couple of people using the Home Premium version who report no problems.
