Simpson Pull Down Menu not Working in ACAD 2011

Has anyone figured out how to get the Simpson Pull Down menu to work in AutoCAD Full Version 2011? I have installed the menu and followed the directions given on the Simpson website for the 2010 Version but it is not working. When I go into the CUIIMPORT command on ACAD, I see the menu available to choose to put on your screen, and I also see it in the box where the menus that should be on your screen are. My Menu is placed right after the "HELP" pull down menu. I have tried switching my workspace back and forth, restarting AutoCAD and any combination of the 2 as suggested on Simpsons website.

 

If anyone has any idea what is going on or maybe something I'm missing, please help me! Thanks.
