Butch Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 Helo guys! Is something like this possible? I was thining something like this. YOu draw a line/polyline and then somehow insert a filed that always shows its distance. When you stretch a line, field automaticly updates. Any chance you could copy the line with its filed so you dont have to define everything allover again? Could this maybe work with closed polylines to describe area? Many thanx! Quote
edwinprakoso Posted November 3, 2010 Posted November 3, 2010 Yes. Just make sure you copy the field with related object. Quote

Butch Posted November 4, 2010 Author Posted November 4, 2010 Thanx a bunch man! One thing that pops to my head, any chance that you could add some values to the filed value. Egsample if the line lenght is 4,00m any chance that the fled could show result of 4,00m+1,25m? So number 5,25m should be displayed. Thanx! Quote
