rodbuilder
My cad crashed and I can not customize my autocad profile now. Autodesk told me to delete registry keys so i could get it working again but I cannot delete the keys they said. Can anyone point me where to go to delete the registry keys. I have tried to change permissions, rename, delete. Anytime i click on the key it says error, try to change permission it says "unable to display security information." The key acts like its not really there, but it is. Until I get rid of the key I cannot reinstall autocad or it will have the same issues. any ideas? ReMark
I don't suppose you have a Restore Point dated prior to the big crash do you? One option is to completely uninstall your version of AutoCAD per AutoDesk recommended procedure then try to reinstall. http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/ps/dl/item?siteID=123112&id=2887771&linkID=9240617

ReMark
Have you tried from Safe Mode? You did backup your Registry right?
