Importing Points (.csv ) with latitude/longitude and some data. to Civil 3D

I want to import a .csv file ( excel-export ) to Civil 3D

 

it looks like this:

when I try to import it creating a new format it always says *no points were imported* or an error in the first line.

I tried it so many times. Don't know what to do!

can anybody help me please?

File doesn't make any sense but there is a lat long import in CIV3d but your file I don't think will work need to find an example maybe help ?

 

Definately check help "Latitude"
