Wise
I am looking for a way to freeze a layer in viewports, but not frozen in model space, I work with multiple 40x layouts with 2 viewports in each layout, now if I ever create something new, or copy to a new layer, I have to viewport freeze in each viewport, quite annoying!! Thanks!
smorales02
Might want to post in LISP section as you might get better help there.

ReMark
Well in 2007 one could use the Vplayer command then the Freeze followed by the All options and it would work (frozen in all viewports but NOT frozn in model space). Don't know if it will work in 2008. I actually just tested this in 2007 to confirm.
