Kremer Posted December 13, 2010 Share Posted December 13, 2010 I use Ctrl+Shift+C to initiate the copybase command, but a very few files seem to have an issue with this command. By this I mean, I will copy text in paperspace (usually taking the base point off the object the text is referencing) but when I go to paste it will be way off in the middle of nowhere (often by the thousands [i.e. 5702.20, 4350.08]). Any idea what causes this or what fixes there are? I have looked around, and tried: insbase ucs -> world making sure there are no 'z' coordinates (as this error extends to modelspace as well) Any help would be much appreciated.
