CADMAN56 Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 As far as 2004,,,,,,,,,,,,,which is the version that i learned 3d on.................there was no choice but drawing with wireframe........and that is where i learned to use the layers to differentiate between the thousands of lines created in complex drawings. Therefore, i am certian without a doubt that they extruded on the same layer as the polyline. Quote

CADMAN56 Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 So,,,,,,i went home and fired up an old computer with 2005 on it........and i got the same results as you. The only thing i can think of, is that i also have 2008 on that computer and that must have something to do with it. As i previously said,,,,it was 3d, and extruding that drove me into using multiple layers for identifying parts. Quote
