I have text which is justified in various ways (left, right, top, bottom, etc). In order to try and make life a bit more comfortable, instead of having to justify the text anew each time it is inserted, I placed the various forms on a palette, but when I insert the text from the palette it is always justified bottom left. I've checked the properties but can find nowhere where I can set it.

Am I doing it wrong or is it not possible.

when you select the text is there a bit in contents box like "\pxql;"?

because that can cause problems...... solution for this is a lisp called "strip mtext"

but this may not be your problem!
