tpng Posted September 23, 2008 Share Posted September 23, 2008 Is there any easy way to create exploded assemblies from a top/front view drawing? For example, in the attachment, is there a simple way to create the exploded assembly on the left from the front view drawing on the right? I've been transferring drawings from autocad into Solidworks, rotating the drawing in Solidworks, and then pasting the drawing back into autocad via DWGEditor. I'm new to autocad and I figured there had to be an easier way... In general, is there a way to rotate a top view drawing to create an isometric view? Thanks!!
