Proctor Posted February 2, 2011 Share Posted February 2, 2011 Hello: I created 2 pdf's in Illustrator. The both are of the letter C. They both use Arial font regular. One is size 12pt and the other is size 60pt. After saving these files, I reopen them and i scale each to 2 in height. I notice that the width is set to the same width (1.7098) I export them both as .wmf files. I import them into cad. I explode them. When I look at the length of each, they are slightly different. Shouldn't they be exactly the same? I need them to be exact. This could be an Illustrator issue and if so, my appologies. I just wanted to cover all my basis and make sure I wasn't importing them in such a way that would make their scale to not be exact.
