nestly Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 Assuming that AutoCAD for Mac is here to stay, and considering that it really is a different product than AutoCAD, perhaps it would be good to add AutoCAD for Mac to the "Current Autodesk Product" list in the member's profile? Quote
ReMark Posted February 27, 2011 Posted February 27, 2011 I'll second that idea only because it might eliminate a problem that has cropped up as of late. We have had a number of threads with questions about "AutoCAD" that our answers don't seem to apply and then several posts or more into the thread the OP says he/she is running "AutoCAD for Mac". At that point it's forehead slapping time. Well duh! Quote
nestly Posted February 27, 2011 Author Posted February 27, 2011 From what I've seen, Autodesk should have called it something else entirely, AppleCAD perhaps, because it's definitely a different product. LT is a lot closer to "AutoCAD" than the Mac version is. Quote
