Does anyone have a Autolisp function/variable chart???????

I am a relatively new user to lisp and I have in pdf format from a user who posted on this forum and also on "lee-mac.com" the function reference chart but it doesnt give brief info on each. Just wondering if there was such a chart that exists to printout for quick reference because searching on the ACAD help for lets say "initget" and others one by one to see what it actually means is slow.
