importing points into civil 3D

I am looking for a way to import a .gpx file into Civil 3D. Any and all help will be appreciated.

The closest you will find is to convert it to shp format then import it that. What GPS unit did you use to collect the points?

I'm using a delorm pn-20. I get the points in a gpx format in lat and long and need to convert it to birthing and wasting as well. Expertgps is a bit too expensive for me.
