frenkas Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 In our work space we have AutoCad Map 3d 2009 and 2008 versions and on all computers a list of commands doesn't work: table donut appload ellipse xl ray Doesn't matter if I enter one of these commands or select them in the menu. When I press F2, this is what I get: -------------- Command: Command: appload Command: table Command: ellipse -------------- as you see, no response from autocad. Any ideas why is this happening? Tiger Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 hmm.... if I may muse a bit about what it isn't - these are not Express Tools that I know of so its not that Express Tools is not loaded. You're using the whole command so its not a Alias-Edit-thing... And as far as I know (only googled one of the commands) these commands are valid commands in ACAD 2008.... perhaps get your Admin to preform a Repair on your installation (an option from the Installation-CD) ? irneb Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 Ensure your DemandLoad system variable is set to 2 or 3(default). Or change this through Options --> Open and Save tab --> Demand load ObjectARX apps (bottom-right). Otherwise ARX's won't get loaded when you issue the command. Quote

Characters ._ didn't help Quote

Coworker told me that after installation acad works on clean computer, but doesn't work then all other programs, including ArcGis are installed. Even full reinstall doesn't help. We found one PC with working AutoCad Architectural Desktop 2007 which is working, we'll try to find out how that one is different from other workplaces, where acad fails. Quote

There was an issue with Map3D and E$RI ArcGIS on the same workstation back in 2008/2009, check for a Service Pack or Hotfix. (for both) Quote
