RCSLA Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 I am using Autocad 2010. I accidently shut off the quick properties window. Now when I click on a line or object the quick properties window does not appear. HOW DO I GET IT BACK? Quote
ReMark Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 You can toggle the feature on/off with the Quick Properties button at the bottom (left hand side) of your screen. I think it is the second one in from the right. Quote

RCSLA Posted June 28, 2011 Author Posted June 28, 2011 ReMark, I have another one for you. When I click on the "Measure" button and then pick two points, the display window with the "distance" etc. is so faint that can hardly see it - it's sort of transparant. How do I fix that?? Bob Quote
ReMark Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Are you using the MEASURE command to get a distance between two points or are you using it to insert blocks or objects at measured intervals? Quote
SLW210 Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Right-click the title bar on the dockable window and click Transparency. Quote
SLW210 Posted June 28, 2011 Posted June 28, 2011 Sorry ReMark threw me off. OPTIONS>DRAFTING>DRAFTING TOOLTIP SETTINGS(Button near bottom right) and adjust transparency. Quote
RCSLA Posted June 28, 2011 Author Posted June 28, 2011 Yes, measure commend to get the distance between two points. Bob Quote
