How do I transfer 3d polylines from civil 3d 2010 to 2004?

I never tried it, but Copy/Paste "may" work

.... or make the 3Dpolylines into a block and insert the block into an open drawing in 2004

.... or WBLOCK the 3Dpolylines, open the new drawing in 2010 and re-save it as 2004 format, then open it in 2004

.... or just save the whole drawing as 2004 format and open with AutoCAD2004. Delete anything you don't want.

 

(All of the above assumes they're really 3Dpolylines, not Aecc objects)
