I know this isn't an "Auto cad" but youfolks are the closes thing I have to a brain trust. ( and I love ya for it!)

I have a pdf drawing I am trying to model, It has a nozzle with a call out 6" OSP.

I've never seen the term "OSP" before. Does anyone know what it means?

That's a new on one me. Best I can find on Google is Oregon State Police and "Orange Smoothie Productions". There is a village in Slovenia with that name, and an online retail store called OneStopPlus.

Doesn't sound likely, but could it be an handing? "opposite?"

The nozzle is on a horizontal proccess filter. (Looks like a vessel with a door and one end.) There are no dimentions to show where it is located on the equipment. My only clue is a nozzel on a caped pipe that appears to be centerline under it. Maybe. . . . . . . Opposite Side Please?

I love the  the guesses. I needed that giggle folks! (Man, I could use an orange smothie!)

I recommend not guessing and asking the person who did the data entry on the text directly.

I wasn't guessing, that is what it should be.

It's a pipe, right? Could it mean "Or Standard Pipe," possibly "Or Supplied Pipe"?

Exactly what I would have said if I had seen this thread earlier.

Pick up the phone or shoot an email to the drafter and ask him.

Does the meaning really matter? Just copy everything as on the PDF.
