p1nkninja
Hello there everyone. I have been asked to draw a rectangle that is 1 wide by 3 unit tall with the bottom left corner at .75, .75 and use fillet to make the corners of the rectangle round, with the radius of .375 What i have assumed to do is the following: COMMAND: rec First point: .75,.75 other point: 1,3 Command: f r: .375 and selected left side of the rectange, and the top line Now the problem is, it wouldnt work. Thanks in advance
lpseifert
other point: @1,3 if you follow this sequence you can fillet all corners at once. Command: fillet Current settings: Mode = TRIM, Radius = 0.3750 Select first object or [undo/Polyline/Radius/Trim/Multiple]: r Specify fillet radius : .375 Select first object or [undo/Polyline/Radius/Trim/Multiple]: p Select 2D polyline: 4 lines were filleted
hotrodz0321
because if you start at .75,.75 and end at 1,3 then your total size is only .25x2.25.....start at .75,.75, make your other point 1.75,3.75...then fillet...i tried it and it will work....
