believemoore Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 The subject pretty much sums it up. How do I turn off the unreconciled layers thing? I don't want it on a per drawing basis, I want it to be off for good. Thanks in advance! Quote
nestly Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 I've never been inclined to turn that off, but I suppose either changing LAYEREVALCTL, or adding LAYERNOTIFY to the Acaddoc.lsp so it loads with each drawing? http://heidihewett.blogs.com/my_weblog/2007/12/good-question-1.html http://docs.autodesk.com/ACD/2010/ENU/AutoCAD%202010%20User%20Documentation/index.html?url=WS73099cc142f487554f371a10d5e557638-7e7e.htm,topicNumber=d0e43616 Quote
tzframpton Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Change the LAYEREVAL to 0 and save in your Templates. Quote
Cadax Posted August 1, 2011 Posted August 1, 2011 Layer manager > Settings > Uncheck "New Layer Notification" at the very top. If using classic layer manager mode...the settings button is on the bottom left. If using the default layer manager...the crescent wrench on the top right area. This will apply to all dwg files that are opened (or are already opened) after hitting okay and closing the layer manager. Quote
