ziemerd
I have a drawing where the original author added tables linked to spreadsheets. What I want to know is if I can extract the data in the tables in the drawing and put it in a new spreadsheet? I've looked at TABELEEXPORT command but it looks at the entire drawing instead of letting me choose the table data. I'm using ACAD Electrical 2008. Thanks for the help. rustysilo
Select the table > right-click > export > open or import the .csv in excel
ziemerd
OMG...it worked! Thank you so much. Now is it possible to export the cell format, row width and height or is that something I'll have to do manually? Thanks. Dawn
rustysilo
I think you have to format the cells after you get them to Excel. As far as I know there is no way to export the table and take formatting with it. Glad to help.
