MSasu
If I remember well, there were a lot of similar threads in the past regarding issues with Wipeout usage - may try a search on Forum to find similar problems / solutions (i.e. http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?32740-Wipeout-behind-text-over-hatch). SuperCAD
Use background masking, or make a DWF first and then plot to your printer. I know that there is a problem in 2008 with printing wipeouts when plotting from AutoCAD to a plotter. If you make a DWF first, it should work. RobDraw
Is it the frame of the wipeout that has printed or is it a black box?
SLW210
Are you plotting from paperspace? Is your line in paperspace or model space? Is your wipeout in paper sapace or model space? What are your plot settings? Is plot paper space last checked or unchecked?
ksperopoulos
I am having a similar issue in AutoCAD 2012. I have masked text and wipeouts in model space that are over xrefs in model space. My viewport in paper space is set to a hidden shadeplot. This causes the wipeouts to not work correctly. Any ideas what I can do to use a hidden shadeplot AND have the wipeouts and text masking work? Organic
I wouldn't use wipeouts at all, they are more trouble than they are worth.
muqtar_cadpro
Better way to put the text over the line or object is " Textmask " try this'
ksperopoulos
I can't when there are attributes related to the text inside one of my blocks. I do this though when I have just regular text.
