scubadoo
Afternoon all, I used to use AutoCad Map 3D a lot at work. I'm self employed in a different field now but make guitars in my spare time. I found Map 3D excellent for producing scaled plans of guitars from which to make MDF templates. Please can anyone recommend a free open source alternative that runs on a MAC? apart from basic CAD functionality i'd like to be able to geo-reference rasters as well if poss. I also need the offset function for laying out fret spacings. I also have CS5 and was wondering if Illustrator would work. Cheers Dave
Murph_map
Take a look at OSGEO.org. But most of the folks there like Mac as much as they do Windows.
