Help adding splitter to air intake box.

Hey guys hoping someone can help me with this. Maybe just a command or list to use to get this done. Here's some screenshots of what I'm trying to do.

My buddy built a custom air intake box for his car, its just a big open box, with two ducts in each corner to direct air into the engine. The way he has it now, is going to be really turbulent and low pressure for the air going through it. I told him he should ad a splitter in the center that directs the air into the intake tubes.

My quick "paint" drawing for him...to give you an idea what I am trying to do.

And my drawing in AutoCAD. So I need to add a splitter in at the opening of the box, and the some ramp/twists(?) that follow the curve of the back plate, but also curve up and into the piping.
